Our ARM programs offer you all of the features of a fixed-rate mortgage combined with the value of an adjustable rate. You start with a lower rate for a fixed term 3, 5, or 7 years and then the rate adjusts each year. Our ARMs come with a "rate cap", which determines the maximum allowable increase when the rate adjusts and the maximum increase in rate over the life of the loan.
